anyone that knows me, can tell you that i'm not big on makeup... at all.  i like the simple stuff, and i seriously just only started wearing mascara about five years ago...(i'm 31 right now).  but with a sister that is a cosmetologist and hairstylist it's hard to not wonder about all the "stuff " that people are wearing on their faces.  i'm pretty much an addict now with mascara (especially false lashes, they don't smear) and lip tints, lipstick and gloss.  those Baby Lips by Maybeline are my favorite right now because of the "cherry lolipop" tint it gives (the shade i use is CherryMe)...but they are ALWAYS sold out everywhere.

also, i think just a few basics for cleansing your face are important to keeping it healthy and glowing....i don't have the most flawless skin, but i love these products.

the face products i use are basic and don't hurt your wallet too much ($ 2.99 - $26), i would love to buy those expensive cosmetics and facial care items...but i have to be practical, right?  drugstore brands are just as good, and stores like Target have even brand names that are even better than the department store ones.

try out what's best for you...simple and basic is sometimes better.
